Senior Program Analyst
**Description** SAIC seeking an experienced **Senior Program Analyst** to support Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane and the Office of the Under Secretary of War for Research and Engineering (OUSW(R&E)) Manufacturing Technology (ManTech) Program. This role involves working with ManTech Program Office to advance manufacturing technologies, reduce acquisition and sustainability costs, and improve repair times for defense weapon systems. The ManTech portfolio spans critical technology areas such as hyper sonics, microelectronics, artificial intelligence, advanced computing, and additive manufacturing. **This position is hybrid remote but requires the candidate to be in close proximity to NSWC Crane for frequent collaboration and customer meetings.** **Key Responsibilities:** + Collaborate with partners across the defense industrial base, including universities, private companies, and federal agencies, to support advancement of manufacturing technologies. + Help coordinate and synchronize Science and Technology (S&T) efforts, focusing on technology development and workforce training initiatives. + Participate in Educational Workforce Development (EWD) working groups and help monitor ManTech EWD initiatives. + Help oversee advanced manufacturing technology projects, ensuring alignment with the program's mission and objectives. + Support assessments that drive strategic recommendations to improve manufacturing processes and enterprise business practices. + Assist the government customer with budget and project planning, multi-service engagements, action item tracking, technical project oversight, and team coordination. + Support data calls, including monthly reports and Congressional taskers. + Provide assistance with first level financial reviews on behalf of the program. + Coordinate and prepare first-level slide decks. + Coordinate quarterly/bi-annual Program Management Reviews (PMRs). + Develop templates for proposals, data calls, and Requests for Information (RFIs). + Participate in the establishment and definition of program plan requirements, and monitor and report performance to ensure objectives are met. + Develop mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem-solving with project managers, line managers, and clients. + Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and briefings for senior leadership and stakeholders. + Monitor and evaluate project performance, ensuring compliance with program standards and regulations. + Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to drive innovation and achieve program goals. **Qualifications** **Qualifications:** + Bachelor’s degree (Master’s degree and STEM focus preferred). + Minimum of 6 years of experience in program analysis, project management, or a related field. + Understanding of DoD acquisition processes and regulations. + Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. + Proven ability to manage complex projects and work collaboratively with diverse teams. + Exceptional communication and presentation skills. + Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance. **Preferred Qualifications:** + Experience interfacing with Services and warfighters to coordinate engineering and analysis needs + Knowledge of emerging manufacturing technologies in areas such as hyper sonics, microelectronics, artificial intelligence, advanced computing, and additive manufacturing. + Experience with manufacturing technology development and process improvement. + Experience working with academia in support of DoW programs. **Why Join Us:** + Contribute to cutting-edge projects that advance national security. + Collaborate with top-tier professionals and organizations in the defense sector. + Opportunity to lead innovative initiatives and make a significant impact on manufacturing technology development. + Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.
