ANALYGENCE provides our government client with SETA support to include the application of cyber acquisition and program management expertise resulting in superior performance of command-wide programs and operations. In support of this mission, ANALYGENCE has an immediate opportunity for a Senior Program Analyst with focus on training-based support. We are seeking team members with a desire to grow professionally and add value to our relentless pursuit of exceptional results.

Track and document annual, biannual, calendar year and fiscal year command training for the directorate.Assist in analyzing available information to identify/validate current incompletely met and anticipated future training needs.Work and collaborate with J7 to ensure integration of acquisition workforce training requirements into its resourcing and planning.Assist in meeting training objectives, requirements and standards.Assist in record management and storage, disposition, and disposal of training documents, records, and materials.Support and participate in defining training objectives, requirements, and priorities.Communicate training opportunities and availability of training.Report and document training stats and results.Participate in conferences and discussions in meetings, working groups and committees that discuss training issues and recommendations for training programs.An active TS/SCI with Poly is required.Bachelor's degree with 10 years' related experience, (OR) or additional experience in lieu of degree.Ability to manage team environment dynamics (liaise with both internal and external organizations across the DoD, the Intelligence Community and non-DoD government agencies to achieve common goals)Flexibility to work multiple actions simultaneously and resolve time-sensitive matters (this is key).
