Title:

Senior Program Analyst

KBR is seeking a Senior Program Analyst to join our team in support of PMA-265 in our Lexington Park, Maryland location. PMA-265 is responsible for acquiring, delivering, and sustaining the F/A-18 and EA-18G aircraft, ensuring mission success for U.S. Navy and Marine Corps aviators, as well as international partners to include Australia, Canada, Finland, Kuwait, Malaysia, Spain and Switzerland.

Role and Responsibilities:

Applies analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives.

Analyzes requirements, status, budget and schedules.

Performs management, technical, or business case analyses.

Collects, completes, organizes and interprets data relating to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and product programs. 

Tracks program/project status and schedules.  

Government-institute processes apply for documentation, change control management and data management.

Assist in the management of team level Risk, Issue, Opportunity (RIO) Review Boards and document preparation.

Basic Qualifications:

Education:

Master’s Degree.

Allowable Educational Substitution:

Bachelor’s degree plus two (2) years additional work experience may be substituted for a master’s degree.

OR

Associate’s degree plus four (4) years additional work experience may be substituted for a master’s degree.

OR

Six (6) years additional work experience may be substituted for a master’s degree.

Experience:

Ten (10) years of experience performing duties as described above.

Familiarity with SECNAV, OPNAV, and Operational Services Division (OSD) forms related to the Planning Programming Budgeting System (PPBS), Military Interdepartmental Procurement Requests, Work Requests, Requisitions, Contract Data Requirements List, and DD254 is desired. 

Must be able to demonstrate familiarity with advanced functions in MS Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint

An active secret level security clearance is required.  

Desired Experience:

Five (5) years of experience supporting NAVAIR. Prior military aviation background (USN/USMC/USAF) experience on F/A-18 and/or EA-18G aircraft; or Civilian exposure to the NAVAIR command structure in lieu of military experience.

Prior understanding of principals and levels of military aviation maintenance will significantly aid the candidate in performing the duties for this position.

Scheduled Weekly Hours:

40 hours/week

Compensation:

$92,900 - $132,400

The offered rate will be based on the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, abilities, and/or experience and in consideration of internal parity.

Additional Compensation:

KBR may offer bonuses, commissions, or other forms of compensation to certain job titles or levels per internal policy or contractual designation. Additional compensation may be in the form of a sign-on bonus, relocation benefits, short-term incentives, long-term incentives, or discretionary payments for exceptional performance.
