Senior Program Coordinator - Payroll

The Physician Payroll Administrator accurately processes payroll and bonuses for contracted physicians in each Medical Group.  Ensures all payroll reporting and payments are compliant with company policies, as well as federal, state, and IRS regulations.  This position requires strong attention to detail and the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels while maintaining high levels of discretion.

Required Qualifications:

Associate's Degree Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field. Or equivalent educ/experience. upon request: Driving may be necessary as part of this role. Caregivers are required to comply with all state laws and requirements for driving. Caregivers will be expected to provide proof of driver license and auto insurance upon request. 3 years Work experience as a payroll administrator for a mid-size or large organization.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field. 2 years Work experience within the Health Care Industry, preferably managed care and medical group practice management.
