Boeing Global Services (BGS) is looking for a **Senior Program Management Specialist** to join our team in **Aurora, CO, Chantilly VA** .
The Program Management Specialist will manage a multidisciplinary team supporting design, build, operations and maintenance of mission support facilities for a proprietary government customer. The selected candidate will be a key team member leading construction, project/program management and critical infrastructure operations and maintenance at multiple sites.
In this role, you will serve as a core point of contact for customers and will work directly with industry-leading design-build partners and government customers to establish and maintain advanced mission support facilities. Our customer’s timelines are aggressive, and you will be asked to develop solutions, maintain close contact, and directly manage delivery in line with timelines and budgets. You will lead and manage multidisciplinary construction and O&M teams of subcontract partners, service contractors, and direct Boeing labor. Clear and concise, written and oral communication of complex subjects to Boeing executive leadership and all levels of customer program management is required.
**Position Responsibilities:**
+ Leads development of the program architecture and top-level plans for a program
+ Develops program organizational, work structures, top level program and execution plans
+ Identifies key program level horizontal and vertical integration interfaces between major activities, teams, suppliers, partners and customers
+ Facilitates the resolution of program issues
+ Supports the program manager in leading program execution by coordinating program metrics
+ Integrates the implementation of the Program Management Best Practices
+ Implements customer and program communication and contact plans
+ Develop work packages (to include budget/funding source, schedule, drawings, specifications, statement of work, procurement, estimates)
+ Evaluate contractor proposals and administer contractor activities
**Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):**
+ Ability to obtain a Sensitive Compartmented Information classification pre-start
+ Ability to obtain an adjudicated Counterintelligence Polygraph pre-start
+ 5+ years’ experience in project planning and execution
+ 5+ years’ experience in business management
**Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):**
+ Active Top Secret /SCI with Counterintelligence or Full Scope polygraph
+ 8+ years’ experience in project planning and execution
+ Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil)
+ 10+ years’ experience in project planning and execution
+ Experience with Earned Value Management
+ Experience working with suppliers
+ Experience developing and managing strong relationships with partners (internal & external) and government customers and representatives
+ Experience in the implementation and use of Program Management Best Practices
+ Experience interfacing with senior and executive leadership

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range level 4: $115,600 - $156,400
Summary pay range level 5: $141,950 - $192,050
