Innovate to solve the world's most important challengesSenior Program Management Specialist We have an opportunity for a Senior Program Management Specialist to join us at Honeywell, where you will use your project and organizational skills to be responsible for management of various business projects that drive revenue, increase productivity, and improve processes. These projects span across multiple areas of our businesses. You will be in a visible position and will require direct interaction with peers and leaders across all these groups. Your projects will vary depending on the organization being supported and therefore requires a vast knowledge across various business practices. This role will be 90% on-site in the London area and 10% field-based. Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure projects remain on or ahead of established schedules while implementing and monitoring timelines.Review and manage all job contract documents, maintaining high standards of documentation and control.Facilitate and distribute project meeting minutes to ensure clear communication and record-keeping.Report project progress regularly to the Project Manager and evaluate the performance of subcontractors.Assemble necessary project closeout documents and warranties upon project completion.Key Skills and QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Project Management or Equivalent, Business, Finance, or relevant discipline, as well as extensive experience within Project Management Demonstratable expertise and experience within the BMS / Controls industry and technology systemsKnowledge of IT and financial systems preferred (Sales Force Nex, SAP, etc.).Significant experience in project management, with the ability to work on multiple projects and effectively manage prioritiesSupport sales bid proposals with operational reviewsOur OfferA culture that fosters inclusion, diversity and innovationMarket specific training and on-going personal development We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
