The Associate Training team within NA Learning and Development is looking a Senior Program Manager to build scalable training and on-boarding programs for UTR Associates within North America Amazon Logistics (AMZL). This role requires scoping and creating project plans, planning and managing on-the-job learning programs including content, implementation, and measurement across multiple modalities and formats.
Key job responsibilities
- Lead the development, design, and implementation of comprehensive training programs for AMZL Associates, focusing on strategic needs analysis and curriculum development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners and SMEs to identify learning priorities and leverage existing content across Amazon's global network.
- Drive innovation in training methodology by identifying cost-effective tools and learning technologies to scale programs and improve effectiveness.
- Measure and evaluate program impact while continuously optimizing for better outcomes.
- Partner with Support teams to ensure program consistency and develop integrated learning pathways that enhance technical skills and leadership capabilities across all levels.
- Manage stakeholder communications and change management processes to maintain alignment with organizational goals.
- Up to 10% travel required
A day in the life
Day to day activities include leading and attending conference calls, writing and presenting business papers, holding one-on-one status calls with partners, completing fact-finding and feedback collection sessions, and deep diving data, feedback, and other information to propose root-cause analyses and correlating solutions.

The Associate Training team within L&D focuses on developing, launching, and improving all training events that our UTR Associates will experience. We seek to prioritize the Associate experience and provide a world-class on-boarding and continuous development journey which promotes learning needs and drives our business goals forward.
Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $104,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
