- Strategically maintain and expand DSP volume share allocation product offering to optimize network efficiency and partner satisfaction.
- Take ownership of day-to-day operations and oversight of volume share, including implementing and managing periodic refreshes.
- Proactively monitor and support new and transferring DSPs' route growth, developing strategies to ensure successful onboarding and long-term success.
- Cultivate strong partnerships with planning functions to accurately measure, effectively control, and swiftly respond to volume share variations, minimizing disruptions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with field operations and functional leaders to influence and enhance capacity planning and management strategies across the network.
- Develop, present, and drive actionable insights through leadership business reviews, focusing on the volume share product roadmap and its impact on overall business objectives.
