Senior Program Manager, DSP Compliance, DSP Accountability

We are looking for a strategic, data-driven Sr. Program Manager to join the DSP Compliance and Enforcement team! In this role, you'll take end-to-end ownership of Monitoring and Enforcement Plans (MEPs) - comprehensive frameworks designed to ensure DSP compliance with program policies and agreements across the US, Canada, Mexico, and Brazil. These plans are crucial to maintaining the integrity and safety of our delivery network while supporting our partners' success. You'll lead strategic initiatives to enhance our compliance monitoring capabilities and provide data-driven insights to senior leadership that shape the future of our program. The ideal candidate will be a proven program leader who can set priorities, communicate effectively, and consistently deliver results across diverse cross-functional teams at massive scale. You'll need to navigate complex stakeholder environments while maintaining a strong attention to detail and data-driven approach. Having the ability to solve complex business problems with simple, customer-obsessed solutions is essential for success in this role. You will be successful in this role if you can manage multiple competing priorities, often with urgent deadlines, and deliver at speed while developing a long-term strategy. We're looking for someone who brings strong program management experience, excellent analytical capabilities, and a track record of delivering results in fast-paced environments. Experience in compliance, safety programs, or transportation logistics is a plus. Key job responsibilities • Own and execute MEPs for multiple compliance pillars across the Americas, ensuring DSP adherence to program policies and agreements. • Lead development of scalable compliance monitoring tools, including a MEP product/doc-builder to streamline enforcement processes. • Analyze compliance data to identify trends and risks, delivering actionable recommendations and insights to senior leadership. • Create and maintain enforcement mechanisms that protect Amazon and our Delivery Service Partners while supporting program growth. • Define and document business requirements for new compliance initiatives. • Establish metrics to measure program effectiveness, creating regular reporting cadences to track progress and impact. • Manage complex, time-sensitive projects while effectively balancing competing priorities. • Identify and manage business risks proactively, developing innovative solutions that scale across multiple countries. A day in the life This role will lead compliance monitoring and enforcement programs across the Americas to ensure DSP adherence to program policies. You will spend time analyzing compliance data, enforcement trends, and litigation insights to identify potential risks and areas for improvement. Working closely with regional teams, you'll develop and enhance MEPs that scale across multiple countries. You will collaborate with technical teams to build and implement compliance monitoring tools while partnering with stakeholders to ensure alignment on enforcement mechanisms. A typical day involves synthesizing complex compliance data into clear recommendations, writing detailed business requirements, and presenting insights to senior leadership. Basic Qualifications - 5+ years of program or project management experience - Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements - Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership - Experience managing complex programs across multiple stakeholders and geographies Preferred Qualifications - 2+ years of driving process improvements experience - Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field - Knowledge of risk management and audit best practices Amazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace. The base pay for this position ranges from $104,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
