Senior Program Manager, Emerging program account manager
Amazon Global Selling has been helping individuals and businesses increase sales and reach new customers around the globe. Today, more than 50% of Amazon's total unit sales come from third-party selection. The Global Selling team in China is responsible for recruiting local businesses to sell on Amazon’s 12 overseas marketplaces, and supporting local sellers’ success and growth on the Amazon. Our vision is to be the first choice for all types of Chinese business to go globally. In this context, Amazon’s Services team is seeking an experienced program manager, to identify the potential business opportunities for bringing China sellers/manufacturers and sell globally on Amazon marketplaces, as well as take part in defining the vision and go-to-market strategy. The ideal candidate will need to possess excellent communications skills, with extensive experience in program development and management. She/he will be extremely customer obsessed, able to deep dives and translate sellers’ need to global stakeholders, thus improve seller engagement resulting seller success in Amazon platform. The ideal candidate should be able to work in a cross functional, fast-paced environment; has strong analytical skills, program management skills, people management skills, communication skills, innovative.

Key Responsibilities:

· Define and drive seller program implementation, management by working with Sales, Account Management, and Onboarding and Product teams in both China and Global Seller Services organizations.
· Define and provide seller requirements and insights to global stakeholder teams to influence program design decisions and improve seller experience and business results.
· Establish strong relationships and trust with global stakeholder teams by creating effective communications channels, and providing insightful data/analysis to drive global seller success on all Amazon marketplaces.
· Coordinate with global teams to communicate and train local teams on upcoming product/program launches to drive adoption and feedback.
· Work closely with internal partner teams to create, refine and invent processes leading to operational efficiency and seller success.
