The AWS HR Partner team (BeXT) is looking for a Senior Program Manager who can turn big ideas into reality.
In this role, you'll drive end-to-end process execution with a bias for action, forging collaborative relationships across AWS People Experience (PXT) and business teams. Your analytical prowess will be put to the test as you dive deep into people and operational metrics, fueling data-driven decisions that propel our organization forward. We're counting on you to design and implement scalable people programs that can keep pace with our rapidly growing business.
As a Senior HR Program Manager, you'll provide both strategic vision and hands-on programmatic leadership to our Global PXT team, while also partnering closely with AWS and Amazon's central PXT teams. The ideal candidate possesses exceptional project management skills, thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and demonstrates strong logical thinking and problem solving abilities. You should excel at translating complex data into actionable insights and have a track record of delivering results in ambiguous situations.

Key job responsibilities
The successful candidate will be highly analytical, have attention to detail and a passion for process improvement. Ideal candidates will be able to tell stories using data, make recommendations and indicate trends to the business leaders.
Successful candidates will also demonstrate:
• Ability to understand business goals and recommend new approaches, policies and procedures to drive continuous improvement
• Ability to develop and maintain new and existing artifacts focused on analysis of requirements, metrics, and reporting dashboards that are easily digestible by business and HR partners
• Ability to enable effective decision making by retrieving and aggregating data from multiple sources and compiling it into a digestible and actionable format
• Understanding of statistical analysis, identifying trends and making recommendations based on data analysis
• Ability to author concise documents communicating results to stakeholders, visualizing data where beneficial to drive decision-making
• A true hands-on approach as well as the ability to successfully monitor the "pulse" of the organization
• The ability to think big but also not be afraid to "roll up your sleeves."
• The ability to manage and support multiple priorities simultaneously, have bias for action - orientated on results and driving appropriate solutions
