We're seeking a talented Program Manager to join JP Transportation, the core division driving Amazon Japan's transportation network.
In this strategic role, you will conduct iterative simulations in virtual environments using in-house systems to optimize transportation network performance, analyzes and identifies optimal solutions and tactical plans and execution with balancing three critical metrics: operational quality, cost efficiency, and delivery speed.
This role gives you opportunities to improve analytical and project management skills and to have a lot of chances to drive to build the gigantic Amazon’s supply chain network by yourself.

- Develop and execute strategic transformation initiatives for across teams
- Establish governance frameworks and KPIs for transportation network performance
- Drive strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, including C-level and external partners
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver complex, short-term or long-term programs
- Develop and implement risk management frameworks

- 9:00 - Review daily action plans and check emails/messages
- 10:00 - Review sessions with upper management to strengthen planning initiatives
- 12:00 - Lunch at Amazon Cafeteria
- 13:00 – Conduct/negotiate with other team leaders to ensure all projects on track
- 15:00 - Monitor progress of implemented projects and provide follow-up as needed
- 16:00 – Propose new business opportunities based on data driven approach.
- 17:00 – Check all daily activities and prepare for the next day
