Senior Program Manager, Seller Fees Science & Tech
The Program Management role will work with Fee Strategy, Product, Tech, Operations, and stakeholder across WW teams to support Fee Strategy within key workstreams such as go to market and fee incentives. Our environment is fast-paced, and requires someone who is a self-starter, detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable working with multiple teams, partners, and management.

Fees Team is looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, and diligent Senior Program Manager who can deliver on cross-functional projects while aligning with team goals and partnering with multiple teams. You should understand business problems and have the ability to prevent or mitigate the consequences of poor business decisions. As the owner of the program, you should be able to look at the bigger business picture and drive outcomes by understanding relevant business requirements.

Key job responsibilities
- Partner with cross functional teams
- Collaborate with Fee Strategy Product Managers to understand the business requirements
- Solve for complex problems independently
- Communicate regularly with Stakeholders and identify relevant KPIs when needed to track and report the health status of the program
- Plan resourcing, analyze and report weekly and monthly metrics; identify trends and opportunities to improve processes;
- Execute high priority (i.e. cross functional, high impact) projects to improve operations performance;
- Design and implement automation solutions that remove manual process and enable stakeholders to manage the business more effectively

A day in the life
1. Take part in a BRD review for an annual fee change/new incentive, fee launches
2. Review metrics on fee incentive programs with business stakeholders
3. Manage a Seller escalation
4. Develop a working backwards plan for GTM execution, seller communications related to a fee/incentive policy change, and drive it effectively.
