The Core Selling Partner Experience Governance Team team defines, implements, and enforces quality standards for all Amazon-built experiences for all of our selling partners worldwide. We are seeking an innovative, entrepreneurial Senior Program Manager (Sr. PM) to lead design and implementation of program infrastructure for Selling Partner Experience governance. Specifically, this role will be responsible for programmatic infrastructure (communications, processes, playbooks) and program management critical to ensuring builder teams world-wide are aware of and adhere to selling partner experience standards. This amazing Program Manager will also implement mechanisms to scale how we work and drive process adoption.
The successful candidate will be a motivated self-starter that can work in a fast-paced, data-driven environment; have great bias for action; be deeply customer-centric; and has a drive to own, build, and grow; along with the ability to have a little bit of fun.
Key job responsibilities
• Interact with stakeholders at multiple levels and dynamically lead business and product teams to adopt Governance Standards, tools and processes.
• Partner with product teams to understand pain points in our Governance processes, continuously improving our ability to measure and enhance seller experiences.
• Plan and manage multiple parallel projects.
• Create, maintain and disseminate project information related to Governance processes to stakeholders and senior management, ensuring transparency and alignment across teams.
• Anticipate bottlenecks, manage risk and escalations.
• Create and automate processes to improve efficiency and consistency in governance implementation.
