Senior Program Manager, Strategic Program Management - CAF (Hybrid)
9002 - Carmax Auto Finance - 225 Chastain Meadows Ct NW, Kennesaw, Georgia, 30144 CarMax, the way your career should be! **About this job** The Sr. Program Manager at CarMax Auto Finance (CAF) is responsible for supporting the discovery and delivery of a suite of products that are valuable and usable for the CarMax Auto Finance business and feasible to implement from a technology and business point of view. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with and support different teams in the discovery and creation of next generation tools and processes to provide a better experience to CAF customers and associates - positioning CAF as a best-in-class Auto Finance company. In this role a candidate will support product work, user experience and performance metrics of the product. In addition, ensuring product goals are aligned with the broader program strategy and identifying contingencies that affect other products. **What you will do** + Assist in documenting thought leadership and tying asks to already inventoried initiatives, considering Associate and Customer implications and enhancement asks. + Assist in monitoring the organizational strategic plan's progress, providing quantitative data and insights, in collaboration with business. + Grow knowledge of the following as it relates to the Product/Program: + Customer needs, pain-points and opportunities. + The business, the stakeholder needs, and constraints. + The retail, finance, and automotive industries. + How technology is being applied to power the customer experience from purchase through ownership. + Assist with capacity planning for a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, and business owners to drive the prioritization. + Assist with methodology quality checkpoints before implementation. + Assist in the coordination and creation of communications and presentations for house, product and strategic initiatives. + Track and document CAF House goal status. + Build relationships with key business partners to ensure product plans are aligned with company objectives/plans. + Assist with coordination and communication needs for vendor contacts. + Enhances guidelines, policies, practices, and procedures to drive improvements to internal product management and development processes; partner with managers to identify opportunity areas and determine best practices. + Assist with identifying change management or ADKAR needs; help create change management documentation. + Assist with tracking ROI metrics and communications. + Assist in the prioritization, initiative alignment and status reporting of the Strategic Plan. + Assist Project Managers with initiative launch and budget/associate needs. + Assist in creating training to best serve CAF and identifying training needs for process, house, and strategy updates. **Help to drive collaborative innovation to identify unique solutions to company needs** Drawing on research and data, you’ll bring new insights to the development of company processes, vision, and systems.
