We are seeking an experienced, strategic, and results-driven Senior Program Manager to join our dynamic Toys & Entertainment team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving vendor growth strategies, managing key initiatives, and identifying new market opportunities that will shape the future of our toys and entertainment business.

Key job responsibilities
- Lead the program scaling best practice in growing high-potential vendors, creating comprehensive growth plans to maximize their success on Amazon.
- Drive end-to-end program management for strategic growth initiatives, including deal structures and performance tracking.
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify untapped opportunities in the toys and entertainment space.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders across Product, Finance, Vendor Management and Operations teams.
- Create and execute detailed program roadmaps, including milestone tracking, risk assessment, and mitigation strategies.
- Analyze program performance metrics and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement.
