Our team is responsible for building and implementing solutions to execute on Vendor Commercial Programs. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Program Manager, with high innovative spirit and stakeholder management skills, that can spearhead the creation of new processes from the ground up and define the longer term scalable solutions with the corresponding partner teams.

Key job responsibilities
-Collaborate with Retail teams to identify and map out the requirements to execute on commercial programs from our top-tier suppliers
-Develop and implement with partner teams the processes to solve for quick short-term execution and long-term scalability
-Coordinate the execution of vendor commercial programs, ensuring alignment with company goals and supplier needs
-Leverage your influencing and writing skills to work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams across AB and Retail divisions
-Manage complex projects, optimizing processes and driving innovation

We are a team of builders who own AB Selection Strategy, Products, and Programs to deliver results for customers and support AB's most critical initiatives. We focus first on execution and building robust processes that inform product and features as we rapidly scale to AB's goals.
