We build solutions to enable B2B customers to discover, research, and buy products and services relevant for them. Our team is responsible for building and implementing solutions to execute on Vendor Commercial Programs. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Program Manager, with high innovative spirit and stakeholder management skills, that can spearhead the creation of new processes from the ground up and define the longer term scalable solutions with the corresponding partner teams.
Key job responsibilities
-Collaborate with Retail teams to identify and map out the requirements to execute on commercial programs from our top-tier suppliers
-Develop and implement with partner teams the processes to solve for quick short-term execution and long-term scalability
-Coordinate the execution of vendor commercial programs, ensuring alignment with company goals and supplier needs
-Leverage your influencing and writing skills to work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams across AB and Retail divisions
-Manage complex projects, optimizing processes and driving innovation
About the team
Amazon Business Selection team focuses on delivering customers their desired selection in the right fit, form, and function. We are a team of builders who own AB Selection Strategy, Products, and Programs to deliver results for customers and support AB's most critical initiatives. We focus first on execution and building robust processes that inform product and features as we rapidly scale to AB's goals.
Basic Qualifications
- 6+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
- Experience working in a matrixed organization
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
- SQL knowledge

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $104,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
