Our team designs, develops and maintains massively scaling technology solutions brought to life with innovative architectures, data analytics, and digital solutions. **Job overview and responsibilities** The Program Manager will lead strategic alignment, governance, and execution excellence across a portfolio of technology and enterprise programs. Establish and enforce PMO standards to ensure robust delivery, manage risks, and optimize resources. Guide and mentor a team of project managers while fostering collaboration and continuous improvement. Drive timely delivery of objectives within scope and budget to achieve business goals and enhance organizational performance. + Lead and manage multiple high-priority projects or programs, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and strategic goals + Partner with senior leadership to define program scope, objectives, and success criteria, ensuring alignment with business priorities + Establish and enforce project management methodologies, standards, and best practices across the PMO + Build strong relationships with stakeholders, communicate program status, and ensure expectations are managed effectively + Mentor and coach project managers and team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement + Align the tech delivery processes across portfolio + Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), program milestones, and deliverables including key business and financial metrics **Qualifications** **What’s needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications):** + Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, STEM or related field + 7+ years of related work experience + Experienced with both agile/scrum and waterfall + Expert knowledge of program/product management, business case development, business analysis, functional design, and application delivery methodology + Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship + Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification + Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position **What will help you propel from the pack (Preferred Qualifications):** + Master's degree + 5+ years' experience in travel industry product management The base pay range for this role is $137,275.00 to $187,000.00. The base salary range/hourly rate listed is dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience, education, and skills. This position is also eligible for bonus and/or long-term incentive compensation awards.
