**Senior Program Manager (4848)** Location **Aberdeen, MD** Job Code **4848** \# of Openings **1** Apply Now (https://phg.tbe.taleo.net/phg01/ats/careers/v2/applyRequisition?org=GATEWAYVENT&cws=55&rid=4848) Bennett Aerospace Inc., a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking a Program Manager. **Position Responsibilities:** + Responsible for the recruitment, hiring, and supervisory duties necessary to maintain qualified staff to complete contract Task Orders. + Responsible for overall management of each Task Order. + Participates in regularly scheduled meetings with the Customer and Technical Points of Contact at least monthly. + Serves as the primary interface and point of contact with Government program authorities and representatives on technical and program/project issues. + Regularly briefs senior leadership on program status and milestones. + Ensures all work performed meets contract requirements and is withing funding, schedule and staffing constraints. + Excellent communication skills, both written and oral. **Position Requirements:** + At a minimum, a Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or engineering field.
