Senior Program Manager

 

LOCATION: Hanscom AFB, MA

Salary Range: $130-$140,000 annually

 

JOB STATUS: Full-time; salaried

SECURITY CLEARANCE: Secret

 

 

Astrion has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Program Manager located at the Hanscom AFB, MA. 

 

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS:

Master's Degree in a related field and 10 years of experience in the respective technical / professional discipline being performed, five of which must be in the DoD OR Bachelor’s in a related field and at least 12 years of experience in the respective technical / professional discipline being performed, five of which must be in the DoDMust be a US Citizen

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Advanced DoD acquisition strategy and documentation knowledge to include a comprehensive understanding and ability to apply associated standards, procedures, and practices, as defined in DoDI 5000.02, AFI 63-101/20-101Identify acquisition strategy issues and propose alternative solutions.  Assist with strategic level issues and ability to work independently as well as a team member under tight deadlines with changing priorities.  Possesses proven leadership, team building, strategic planning, and organizational development skills.  Possesses pertinent experience with an ACAT I level program, including development of new programs with the Acquisition community.  Possesses pertinent experience in the development of RFP documentation and support of Acquisition Strategy reviews.  Demonstrated experience in packaging and presenting briefings for senior level reviews.  Support program management reviews, senior level meeting/reviews, and IMP/IMS reviewsHave experience initiating and managing high visibility programs.  Oversee the efforts of junior and mid-level personnel within the technical/professional discipline.  Support Source Selections
