Reporting to the VP of Enterprise Program Management, the Sr. Program Manager is highly motivated and entrepreneurial. This person will contribute significantly to the success of new product developments, efficient utilization of cross-functional resources, and help the business in achieving its strategic objectives by leading the planning and internal and external coordination of key new product development initiatives.  This person’s responsibility includes coordination of strategies and activities, along with development and implementation of programs across the business maximizing performance of the cross-functional teams, ensuring on time and on budget delivery to support sustainable growth goals. 

This role is subject to our hybrid work model: we collaborate in the office on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. The rest of the week, you have flexibility to work wherever it suits you best.

What You’ll Do

Lead program management deliverables in accordance with the business’s strategic plans and objectives. 

Lead cross-functional program team of engineering, operations, product management, marketing, commercial, supply chain and quality disciplines in order to achieve program goals. 

Ensure deliverables are achieved including financial, customer, quality, and timeline targets by establishing a project governance structure and take full responsibility of each program from ‘conception through industrialization’.

Centralize information and deliver to the right stakeholders providing overall progress and health of projects; status of milestones/tollgates and deliverables; financial information about the budget, forecast, actuals, margins; project risks and progress on mitigating these risks; operational efficiency and project performance; and effective management and utilization of enterprise resources. 

Proactive guidance and reporting in regard to program cost, resources required, schedule and timing, and risks.

Collaborate across all functions/departments to participate in the required planning, implementation, and execution phases of each program. 

Plan and schedule resources efficiently to ensure that the right resources are allocated to the right projects at the right time while creating visibility of resource capacity/constraints, competency/gaps and availability for all stakeholders and overcoming challenges of a matrix structure.

Enable team efficiency by facilitating knowledge transfers between departmental project teams.

Ensure that there is an efficient framework for seamless team collaboration and communication among team members.

Skills/Experience We’re Looking For

Demonstrable experience in leading complex programs/projects from inception through to delivery. 

Fully utilize program & presentation management tools including Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. 

A highly organized Program Manager, capable of structuring governance, tools ,and processes to deliver change projects in challenging environments. 

Versatile, dynamic, and able to communicate with all types of stakeholders, product management, marketing, engineers, R&D, operations, finance colleagues, functional heads, and senior leadership. 

Professional presentation and writing skills.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Industrial related field (or equivalent)

Knowledge / certification in Lean Six Sigma practices
