The Senior Project Manager Leader is responsible for setting the structure and execution of Program and Project Management for Reuter-Stokes. This includes developing practices and processes based on widely recognized best practices; executing our most critical design and development programs; reporting to senior leadership in monthly meetings; and ensuring we are delivering high-quality products on time and within budget for our customers, employees, and stakeholders.
As a Senior Program Manager, you will be responsible for:
Reviewing, improving, and maintaining risk registers across Reuter-Stokes project portfolio.Leading and assisting in business case development including project financial benefits through the use of payback, Net Present Value (NPV), and Internal Rate of Return (IRR) methods.Supporting project estimation and bidding processes including development and capture of assumptions on a Basis of Estimate (BOE)Leading a small team of direct reports to successfully execute Reuter-Stokes’ projects and programs.

Supply chain management practicesRisk registers, Schedule Performance Index (SPI), Cost Performance Index (CPI), Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), WBS Dictionaries, Estimate to Completes (ETCs), and Estimate at Completes (EACs)Have PMI Certification or equivalentExperience working within an ERP systemHave the ability to work on U.S. Export controlled technologyHave proven experience managing programs within the construct of ASME regulations, ISO 9001, or AS9100, or similar quality / regulatory requirementsHave the ability to travel up to 10% out of the year
