SRCTec, LLC is currently seeking a Senior Program Manager. The selected candidate will be responsible for leadership of all life cycle management, sustaining engineering, depot services, fielded system and functional area support for Army CUAS products and programs. This position is critical to ensure smooth execution of sustainment programs due to the cross-organizational nature of fielded product sustainment. It is also important in supporting the business to capture and execute future CUAS sustainment opportunities while ensuring high customer satisfaction. What You'll Do Responsible for the strategic direction and successful day-to-day execution of all sustainment activities in support of SRCTec and SRC Army CUAS products and programs to include Foreign Military and Direct Sales. Total compensation for this role is market competitive. The anticipated salary range for this position based out of Syracuse, NY is estimated at $135,000 to $157,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s experience, skills, and abilities, geographic location as well as other business and organizational needs.
