Kforce has a client in Beaverton, OR that is seeking a Senior Program Manager. This position involves leading and directing one or more project teams in the design, implementation, and/or modification of technology projects. Responsibilities include preparing project execution plans, identifying the necessary technical and business resources, and ensuring projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and meet technical requirements. Responsibilities include: * Managing a Content Management System (CMS) for multiple large enterprise programs (including Agile Sprint planning, retrospectives, and planning reports) * Mitigating risks and ensuring alignment with multiple stakeholders across a matrix organization * Working directly with the translation product and partnering with the PM supporting the offshore engineering team * Implementing a follow-the-sun model and acting in both support and ownership capacities * Driving progress and transparency in Generative AI initiatives * Communicating effectively with a variety of stakeholders
