**Job Description**
We are helping a large bank to grow a program management team within their capital planning and treasury group. They are seeking an experienced **Senior Program Manager** with expertise in financial risk management in a banking environment. In this role, you will help lead large-scale projects focused on improving operational efficiency and ensuring regulatory compliance.
**Required Skills and Experience**
+ 8+ years of experience as a program/project manager in financial risk management
+ Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a related field
+ Basic knowledge of computer software
+ Relevant industry experience in banking, financial services, or related field
**Desired Skills and Experience**
+ PMI or PMP certification preferred
+ Experience managing projects in financial services for anti-money laundering and fraud
+ Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks such as Basel III, CCAR, and ICAAP.
**What You Will Be Doing**
+ Plan, manage and deliver distinct projects through all specific phases, in alignment with business and / or enterprise strategies.
+ Provide leadership, direction and coaching to teams(s) while partnering with business and executive stakeholders within a single or across multiple Lines of Business (LoB).
