Job Description
One of our Fortune 100 retail companies is seeking a strong Program Manager to lead their RX Modernization program, a multiyear $150M initiative with the highest level of executive visibility. This role requires a candidate with a strong executive presence and the ability to drive the program forward. The ideal candidate will have the ability to roll up their sleeves and dive deep into the details as needed. This position is preferred to sit on-site in RI, but flexible for the right candidate.
Main responsibilities:
- Lead the RX Modernization program as the overall Program Manager.
- Ensure successful program completion, aligning with executive goals.
- Maintain strong executive presence and communicate effectively with senior leadership.
- Oversee all program aspects: planning, execution, and delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet milestones.
- Provide leadership and direction, fostering a high-performance environment.
- Address and resolve program issues and challenges.
Ensure the program stays within budget and meets financial targets.
Compensation: $65-90/HR Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401K retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.

- 10+ years of experience in program management, especially in technology transformation.
- Strong executive presence and effective communication with senior leadership.
- Ability to dive deep into program details as needed.
- Preferred experience in the healthcare industry.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
