We are looking for a Senior Program Manager to join our team for a long-term contract in Atlanta, GA (hybrid). You will define the objectives and develops suitable strategies for the program. Contract Duration: 9 Months **Required Skills & Experience** + 6 + years of experience required + Experience working with ServiceNow + Working knowledge of SharePoint is a plus **What You Will Be Doing** + Working with project teams within IT, business and cross-functional teams - this includes helping teams align on milestones and goals, effective communication and ensuring projects remain on-track + Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure successful project delivery + Facilitate meetings and working sessions with IT and app teams + Help teams develop and manage project activities including but not limited to scope, timelines, budgets and resources + Plans the delivery of the overall program and its activities in accordance with the mission and goals of the organization. + Develops an annual budget and operating plan to support the program. + Ensures that program activities operate within the policies and procedures of the organization. + Ensures that program activities comply with all relevant legislation and professional standards. + Oversees the collection and maintenance of records on the clients of the program for statistical purposes according to the confidentiality/privacy policy of the organization. + Supervises program staff by providing direction, input, and feedback. + Coordinates the delivery of services among different program activities to increase efficiency. + Monitors and approves all budgeted program expenditures. + Develops and implements long-term goals and objectives to achieve successful outcome of program. + Develops a program evaluation framework to assess the strengths of the program and to identify areas for improvement. + Interviews and selects well-qualified program staff. + Establishes and implements a performance management process for all program staff. + Ensures all staff members receive orientation and appropriate training in accordance with organizational standards. + Monitors cash flow projections.
