As Senior Program Manager at Hologic, you will be responsible for independently leading cross-functional new product development programs for our diagnostics division. You will manage relationships across the organization and with external partners, ensure compliance with ISO and FDA quality systems regulations, and facilitate effective project execution. We are looking for people with technical engineering expertise and proven track record of driving the delivery of high-quality products from design concept to market. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are a must. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES + Lead medium to large, complex, and technically challenging product development programs consisting of cross-functional teams within a matrixed organization. Provide direction ensuring effective collaboration and optimization of team strengths + Facilitate internal and external information flow between teams, senior management, and partners + Establish project objectives and work plans including budgets and resource requirements + Provide input into corporate development of methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for projects and programs + Proactively identify and resolve product and project risks + Drive for program success while ensuring consistency and alignment across all product development projects by overcoming constraints, problems, and issues KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE + Experience in Program Management leading large cross functional development programs + Experience running programs that included product development, design control procedures and validation + Experience within Cytology and/or Pathology marketplace and Diagnostics experience will be advantageous + Educational background in Science or Engineering. PMP Certification will be advantageous + Knowledge of stage-gate Product Development process + Expert in management of project risks + Excellent communication and influencing skills + Experience with ISO and FDA quality systems regulations and medical design and development cycles The annualized base salary range for this role is $160,000 to $190,000 and is bonus eligible. Final compensation packages will ultimately depend on factors including relevant experience, skillset, knowledge, geography, education, business needs and market demand.
