THE POSITION

\n\n

The Senior Program Manager will support the management and contractual day to day activities of the program under the supervision of the program manager or program director. The Senior Program Manager scope includes planning, tracking, and managing contractual correspondence, baseline change management, documentation, proposal approvals, negotiations, and other ad hoc.

\n\n

 

\n\n

The Senior Program Manager has primary responsibility for change management and proposal submission to include fee analysis, and self-assessment of incentive/award fee bearing contracts. As a liaison with Honeywell finance, the Senior Program Manager be responsible for contract deliverable reports provided to the customer as it relates funding requirements and estimates to complete. This customer facing leader will need to act with limited oversight representing Honeywell through front end contract award as well as throughout program execution.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

\n\n

 

\n\nDevelop and implement contracts strategies and policies to ensure compliance with legal requirements and company objectivesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure contract compliance and resolve any issuesReview, interpret, and analyze contract terms and conditions for FAR 12 and FAR 15 type government contractsMonitor contract performance against defined scope and identify areas for assertionParticipate in regular program reviews, customer meetings, monthly reporting, and risk and opportunity managementCoordinating approvals for key change effortsAssist in the drafting and review of contractual briefs, change assertions, and negotiation supportSupport to EAC / EVMS variance analysis and if required get to green initiativesCoordination with HON Law & Contracts for terms review, approvals, and ad hoc L&C inputs as requiredIntra company work effortsCustomer monthly funds status reportingRisk and opportunity management\n\n

Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a US Citizen: a person who was born anywhere in the United States or its territories, including Puerto Rico, Guam and the U.S. Virgin Islands, or who obtained U.S. citizenship through naturalization.

YOU MUST HAVE

\n\n\n\t7+ years of Contract Experience\n\tBachelor’s Degree\n\n\n

WE VALUE

\n\n\n\tBachelor’s or Master’s Degree preferred in in Engineering, Science or Business\n\tExperience managing FAR 12 / FAR 15 efforts\n\tAbility to obtain a Secret security clearance, ability to obtain TS/SCI is preferred.\n\tDispute Resolution\n\tExperience leading, planning, conducting and concluding contract negotiations with DOD.\n\tAbility to integrate and track contractual documents as it pertains to scope\n\tCreative business deal structures\n\n\n
