Position Responsibilities:
Recruits and develops employees supporting the Electronics Programs organizationCoordinates Power and Digital Unit EACs across programs to drive forecast quality and consistencyCollaborates with Engineering and Operations to drive improvements in Unit development and production processesManages Unit completion forecasting across programs for the Power and Digital UnitsMonitors and supports IPT earned value variance reporting across programsConducts weekly Unit level reviews for programsSupports Electronics Programs leadership team as needed to cover unplanned events and requirementsProvides support to new business proposals leveraging historical actuals and expert judgementThis position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
This position is for 1st shift.
This position requires a current Tier 5 (T5), formerly known as a Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI) (U.S. Citizenship required) or requires candidate agreed to enter a Continuous Evaluation program.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
More than 5 years of experience leading or managing projects and/or teamsMore than 5 years of experience demonstrating people management skills to include coaching, teaching, mentoringMore than 5 years of experience in Program Management or IPT Leadership including cost, schedule and technical managementMore than 5 years of experience in implementation of Program Management Best Practices (PMBP), Earned Value Management System (EVMS) and Lean+/10XExperience as a CAM (cost account manager) in EVM (earned value management)Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Bachelor’s degree or higher in a technical field (Engineering, Physics, etc.)More than 5 years of Functional Manager experienceRelocation:
