Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for a **Senior** **Program Manager (Electronics Programs** **)** to join our dynamic team in **El Segundo, California** .
**Position Responsibilities:**
+ Recruits and develops employees supporting the Electronics Programs organization
+ Coordinates Power and Digital Unit EACs across programs to drive forecast quality and consistency
+ Collaborates with Engineering and Operations to drive improvements in Unit development and production processes
+ Manages Unit completion forecasting across programs for the Power and Digital Units
+ Monitors and supports IPT earned value variance reporting across programs
+ Conducts weekly Unit level reviews for programs
+ Supports Electronics Programs leadership team as needed to cover unplanned events and requirements
+ Provides support to new business proposals leveraging historical actuals and expert judgement
**This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.**
**This position is for 1st shift.**
**This position requires a current Tier 5 (T5), formerly known as a Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI) (U.S. Citizenship required) or requires candidate agreed to enter a Continuous Evaluation program.**
**Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):**
+ More than 5 years of experience leading or managing projects and/or teams
+ More than 5 years of experience demonstrating people management skills to include coaching, teaching, mentoring
+ More than 5 years of experience in Program Management or IPT Leadership including cost, schedule and technical management
+ More than 5 years of experience in implementation of Program Management Best Practices (PMBP), Earned Value Management System (EVMS) and Lean+/10X
+ Experience as a CAM (cost account manager) in EVM (earned value management)
**Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):**
+ Bachelor’s degree or higher in a technical field (Engineering, Physics, etc.)
+ More than 5 years of Functional Manager experience
**Relocation:**

**Travel:**
Position may require travel up to 25% of the time.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range: $168,300 - $227,700
