Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for a **Senior** **Program Manager (Electronics Programs** **)** to join our dynamic team in **El Segundo, California** . **Position Responsibilities:** + Recruits and develops employees supporting the Electronics Programs organization + Coordinates Power and Digital Unit EACs across programs to drive forecast quality and consistency + Collaborates with Engineering and Operations to drive improvements in Unit development and production processes + Manages Unit completion forecasting across programs for the Power and Digital Units + Monitors and supports IPT earned value variance reporting across programs + Conducts weekly Unit level reviews for programs + Supports Electronics Programs leadership team as needed to cover unplanned events and requirements + Provides support to new business proposals leveraging historical actuals and expert judgement **This position is expected to be 100% onsite.
