Senior Program Manager (Global Capability Center)

Focus: Governance and Change Management 

As a Senior Program Manager, you will manage multiple project work efforts related to the execution of the Enterprise Technology and Security organization-wide buildout of the Global Capability Center (GCC), which is a software development center offshore. This effort will involve several parallel projects, subject matter experts, managers, and key stakeholders.

The Senior Program Manager will be responsible for:

Establishing and reviewing objectives, coordinating all activities across project workstreams supporting the GCC buildout, and overseeing integration and migration planning.Leading governance activities to ensure alignment with enterprise standards, compliance requirements, and strategic objectives.Driving change management initiatives to support the adoption of new processes, technologies, and organizational structures associated with the GCC.Developing and implementing governance frameworks, reporting structures, and escalation protocols.Engaging with stakeholders to manage expectations, communicate changes, and ensure smooth transitions.Being accountable to members of the GCC center program and executive sponsors for workstream schedule, budget, and quality.Leading high-level sessions for GCC workstream program plan and schedule development.Reviewing/approving project plans and significant proposals for conformance to program strategy and governance requirements.Managing senior-level client relationships to foster substantive communication, anticipate emerging needs, and align with strategic vision.

Required Qualifications

10+ years of experience in the project environment7–10 years of program management experience3+ years of experience in building out Global Capacity Centers / captivesStrong background in governance, compliance, and change management practicesProven ability to lead organizational change and manage stakeholder engagementComprehensive understanding of industry standards for GCCs and evolving business environmentsDemonstrated success in managing end-to-end delivery (time, cost, quality)Experience with technology change and business process transformation programsIn-depth knowledge of Program and Project Management methodologies, including risk, issue, and change control managementProficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Microsoft Project, Excel, Visio, and PowerPointPM certifications highly desirable

Required: Bachelor’s degree

Hours Per Week: 40Work Schedule: Monday–Friday

Pay Transparency

The salary range for this position is $200,000-250,000 per year  plus an opportunity to earn an annual discretionary bonus. Actual pay is based on various factors including but not limited to the work location, and relevant skills and experience.
