The Senior Program Manager - Sales Enablement will be responsible for driving and managing global programs that support prioritized strategies and initiatives within the Sales Enablement function. This role will ensure alignment between sales enablement efforts and broader organizational goals, that will enable sellers to achieve success through streamlined processes, tools, and resources. This individual will collaborate across teams to design, implement, and optimize enablement programs that empower sales teams to address stakeholder needs and deliver results effectively.
What You’ll Do
Portfolio Oversight
Partner with stakeholders across Sales Enablement, Sales Leadership, Marketing, Product, and other functional teams to document and coordinate the execution of enablement programs
Manage the Sales Enablement project/program portfolio to mitigate resource constraints and ensure viability for delivery
Program Management
Manage the end-to-end execution of enablement initiatives with Sales Enablement Leadership
Build program plans that ensure the resources, timelines and deliverables will ensure success.
Partner with cross-functional teams to create, implement, and track the success of enablement initiatives, such as onboarding programs, training workshops, and tool rollouts.
Identify and manage key program constraints, including cost, scope, timelines, quality, and stakeholder expectations.
Establish clear metrics with Leadership for enablement success, leveraging data to measure outcomes and refine programs for continuous improvement.
Provide regular updates and insights to leadership on enablement program performance and progress.
What You’ll Need
Minimum Qualifications
Typically requires 5-8 years of program management experience.
Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree.
Preferred Qualification
Deep understanding of sales enablement frameworks and program management methodologies.
Experience in SaaS business models, Sales, Sales Enablement or Sales Operations.
Demonstrated success managing large-scale, global initiatives in high-growth environments.
Experience with tech stack including Highspot, Smartsheets, monday.com, JIRA, and Confluence.
Experience leading organizational change or digital transformation projects.
Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while balancing competing priorities.
Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Six Sigma, PMP, PgMP, or similar certifications are a plus.
Travel Requirements and Working Conditions
Travel up to 10% to collaborate with teams, attend corporate meetings, and represent company interests.
Reliable internet access for any period of time working remotely and not in a Workiva office
How You’ll Be Rewarded
✅ Salary range in the US: $106,000.00 - $172,000.00✅ A discretionary bonus typically paid annually
