A week in the life of a Senior Program Manager:

Manage the day-to-day execution of a complex training system Create and manage subcontractor agreements, hardware procurement, labor resources, and earned value financial tracking for training system delivery Serve as the focal point for Program Delivery by coordinating the technical and managerial elements of the Training Device delivery with engineers and team members of all types to solve problems and ensure success Communicate with external organizations to coordinate information exchange and program integration across multiple delivery organizations and Navy customers Work with engineering leads to implement sound engineering practices across the delivery
