Senior Program Manager - Voice of Publisher, WW Books & Kindle Content
As the WW Senior Program Manager for Voice of the Publisher, your core responsibility is to partner with publisher facing teams across Books to ensure the voice of the publisher is considered in every decision of the Publisher Experience team. The successful candidate will be customer obsessed and proficient in combining data and anecdotes to identify top pain points, measure impact, prioritize accordingly, and iterate when required.

You will be build and lead the development of a publisher experience roadmap that significantly improves the experience for publishers and clearly communicate this vision to generate buy-in on initiatives to enable delivery from product and technical stakeholders.
The ideal candidate learns quickly and easily adapts to change, is comfortable working with global stakeholders, earns trust through performance and relationship building, and communicates with and is able to influence employees at all levels within/outside the Books org, working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams.

Key job responsibilities
• Build and run mechanisms to collect and consolidate Voice of Publisher inputs from multiple channels.
• Analyze and extract insights from consolidated Voice of Publisher mechanisms to, identify major drivers behind Publisher dissatisfaction.
• Map top Publisher pain points with ongoing/upcoming initiatives on Books and Central product/tech teams roadmaps to track progress and impact.
Report on drivers behind publisher dissatisfaction,
• Identify gaps in product/tech teams roadmaps to address major Publisher pain points and build and present to leadership a recommended roadmap with short-term mitigations and long-term plans.
• Implement mechanisms to keep stakeholders and Books leadership informed on progress on Publisher Experience initiatives.

About the team
The Publisher Experience team . This is a highly visible position that includes interactions with leaders across the organization – from senior Books leaders through vendor and product managers and software teams – to drive alignment and deliver results.
