Would you like to be a part of the launch of a new program for Amazon.co.jp in health and personal care category? Healthcare is a strategic focus area for Amazon globally. By innovating the healthcare customer experience, Amazon Japan leads online over-the-counter (OTC) medicine business to provide selection and convenience. The upcoming launch will bring further convenience to our customers.
As Senior Program Marketing Manager, you will collaborate with Product Management, Business Development, and Sales to drive growth of a new healthcare project from initial experiment through scale up. In this customer-centric role, you will leverage data to drive marketing initiatives that address customer needs on industry trends, regulations, and insights.
Through experiments and campaigns, you can directly improve the customer experience. Post-launch, you will track metrics, gather feedback, identify issues, and take actions to increase efficiency and effectiveness. Key job responsibilities
- Own the Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy and initiatives from experiment to scale up
- Design and execute experiments; determine whether to repeat or scale up initiatives based on outcomes
- Craft compelling messages and stories to shape perception and engage customers
- Achieve customer acquisition and activation targets within budget
- Apply insights to redefine marketing strategy, identify opportunities, and refine GTM planning
- Reflect learnings into future products to better serve customers
- Collaborate with Amazon’s international teams
