In this role **you will hold responsibility for the development, implementation and maintenance of the document control systems,** and associated administrative functions, processes and approvals for a large infrastructure program. **What You'll Be Doing:** + Recommends data automation hardware and software systems and improvements necessary for efficient documentation and control of documents dispatched from, and sent to, the project. + Develops written document control procedures that ensure system efficiency. + Supervises subordinates in their dispatch, receipt, recording, distri­bution, and filing of documents using data automation hardware and software at all project locations. + Ensures that subordinates and project personnel are trained in the document retrieval process. **What Required Skills You'll Bring:** + High school diploma is required. + 4 years experience in a supervisory position + Detailed knowledge of, and two years experience with, a database management system + Advantageous to have previous experience of Aconex and Unifier systems + Effective oral and written communication skills + Demonstrated success on the job as evidenced by satisfactory performance, acceptance of responsibility and growth in previous role **What Desired Skills You'll Bring:** + Experience with data entry + Experience in a construction, planning, or design, organization in a technical or administrative capacity Parsons equally employs representation at all job levels no matter the race, color, religion, sex (including pregnancy), national origin, age, disability or genetic information.
