Senior Programme ManagerHead Office Purpose of the RoleReporting to the Head of Technology Infrastructure Delivery, the Programme Manager is responsible for leading Programme & Project Managers in shaping, prioritising, and delivering Technology delivery workstreams, and/or Platform Architecture, to underpin the new Asda IT Operating Environment.What You’ll LoveAccountable for the shaping and delivery of their PortfolioActing as the focal point for key stakeholdersBuilding and maintaining strong relationships, fostering a culture of identifying and implementing lessons learned through Asda Digital and TechnologyWorking closely with Business stakeholders and delivery teams to co-ordinate cross tower activities​Managing plans, as well as prioritising and negotiating at a senior level within Digital and Technology to ensure that the Programme will deliver the expected objectives of cost and quality within time constraintsLeading, coaching, and developing a team of Programme Managers and Project Managers to deliver the programme in line with Asda objectives.
