Senior Project Accountant

Description:

Provide oversight that accounting for projects meets GAAP requirementsMaintain projections for projects on a a Work in Place and Financial Reporting basisMonthly preparation of construction financial reports on a a Work in Place and Financial Reporting basisReconcile and validate reporting across multiple systemsManage overall accounts receivable exposure on construction jobsSupport annual budgeting process for construction and field lines of business Partner with regional teams on profit projections, variance analysis, contingency reporting, over/under billing, pay applications, accounts receivable and legal mattersCollaboration with Operational Excellence on cross-department initiativesPartner with Corporate Accounting and FP&A on quarterly and year end reportingEnsure project properties are maintained resulting in accurate reporting

Qualifications:

Bachelors in Accounting preferred3+ years of Accounting experience (GAAP accounting) within the construction industry preferredPublic accounting experience is a nice to have

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $74000.00 - $110000.00
