About the Role 

A Senior Project Administrator, playing a key role in the Professionals Services team, you will undertake a range of project research, analysis, reporting, implementation and administrative activities to support the development and delivery of projects.  You will also have the opportunity to manage and own suitably assigned internal and client facing projects as part of broader professional development opportunity. 

Other areas of focus will be to: 

Provide financial support and tracking for key projects and to the finance team (including invoice management where required); Manage resources within Strategic Contracts and across Professional Services including assignments and forecast requirements; Preparation, creation and facilitation of status reports for key projects and across Professional Services where required ; Ongoing development /enhancement of tools and process with the rest of the team Creating, documenting and communicating PM tools and processes; Update and collate documentation and records regarding relevant issues, policies and practices to ensure successful delivery of projects; Assist the project team to complete tasks and implement project plans to ensure agreed outcomes are achieved; Communicate with relevant stakeholders to provide updates regarding project status and implementation issues;  Provide a range of administrative services, including coordinating project and/or team meetings and preparing papers, to support project management delivery. 

About You

You will thrive in a customer centric role and are a passionate and experienced Project Administrator.  You may have already work on and lead some small projects. Pivotal to your success will be your strong organisational skills combined with experience and familiarity in financial management/processing & documentation management processes for projects.  

You will also bring: 

2 -3 years experience in a similar role; Relevant qualifications in project coordination and/or equivalent experience; Engagement in or ownership of resource management processes;  Strong Analytical skills supported with intermediate to advanced Excel and/or other database type expertise; Proficient with MS Office suite and MS Project (intermediate or above); Exposure to a resource management tool highly desirable.
