A full-service practice specializing in architecture, planning, and interior design is looking for a Senior Project Architect for their Red Bank, NJ branch. The firm serves clients across a diverse range of sectors, including commercial, education, finance, retail, healthcare, multi-family residential, restoration, institutional, religious, sports, technology, and media.

Responsibilities: Apply office standards and software knowledge to design tasks. Understand and apply building codes and technical systems. Coordinate with consultants, manage submittals, and review shop drawings. Lead construction document compilation and consultant coordination. Conduct independent building code analysis, including egress and life safety. Oversee internal QA/QC processes and respond to bid/construction RFIs. Translate design concepts into practical solutions and maintain clear communication. Stay updated on industry trends, technical standards, and building code changes.Requirements: Architecture degree. A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience. Knowledgeable in NYC, NYS, and NJ building codes. Strong communication skills and a commitment to team development. Ability to manage construction budgets and value engineering discussions. Architecture license.
