About this role
This award-winning Architecture practice with a growing portfolio is seeking a Senior Project Architect. This boutique practice based in a lovely location in Melbourne's inner fringe has a solid list of high-end residential and multi-residential projects on the books. This position will have you working closely with the directors, leading the day-to-day of projects whilst managing the project teams. Strong multi-residential project experience is desired as is the ability to coordinate with consultants and clients.

Key Responsibilities

Work in a leading capacity across residential and multi-residential projects and manage the day-to-day responsibilities of the project Work in a hands-on capacity in Revit Coordination of internal team and consultants Develop project and construction schedules and specifications Liaison with clients

Skills & Experience

Degree in Architecture with a minimum of 5 years of senior-level experience Proficiency working with Revit and Enscape Ability to prioritise time and workload Strong knowledge of Australian Building Codes and NCC Strong team leadership skill set and ability to delegate tasks Ability to review drawings and meet project milestones Be able to mentor and develop architecture and interior design colleagues Experience with interiors favourable
