Senior Project Consultant (hybrid) Atlanta, GA System One is currently seeking a Senior Project Consultant (hybrid) on a 34 month contract position located in Atlanta, GA. Project Consultant Responsibilities: + Leads and collaborates with clients, stakeholders, and project teams to define project objectives, execute strategies, and deliver successful project outcomes. + Provides a high level of expertise, direction, and mentorship to ensure project excellence. + Lead and oversee the execution of complex projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and client expectations. + Work with clients and stakeholders to develop project strategies, objectives, and detailed plans. + Identify potential project risks and challenges, develop mitigation strategies, and implement risk management protocols. + Allocate and manage project resources, including budgets, personnel, and equipment. + Assemble and lead project teams, providing mentorship and guidance to junior team members. + Implement rigorous quality control measures to ensure project deliverables meet or exceed quality and performance standards. + Manage changes to project scope, objectives, and timelines, evaluating their impact and making adjustments as needed. + Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring client satisfaction and addressing their needs throughout the project lifecycle. + Prepare comprehensive project reports and documentation for clients, stakeholders, and organizational leadership. + Identify opportunities for process enhancements, develop best practices, and optimize project management capabilities. + Collaborate with various departments and functions within the organization to ensure project success. + Ensure that projects comply with all relevant regulations, standards, and industry requirements. Project Consultant Requirements: + Bachelor's degree in project management, business administration, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus. + 10-15 years of experience in project management and consulting roles, including experience with complex projects. + Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification is preferred. + Proficiency in project management software and tools. + Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. + Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. + Proven ability to lead, mentor, and motivate project teams. + In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies, best practices, and industry trends. + A track record of successfully delivering large, complex projects. + Client-focused with a deep understanding of client relationship management.
