Job Description:
Parsons is seeking an ambitious Senior Project Controls Engineer ready to take the next step in their career! In this role, you will be integral in managing programs and portfolios for leading power utility companies and implementing efficient Project Controls practices.
What You'll Be Doing:
You'll be responsible for navigating project control challenges at various levels, including portfolio, program, and project, showcasing your specialized skills.You'll analyze schedules, help identify critical paths, and communicate your findings effectively.Collaborate closely with Program Directors to support intricate Programs, gaining valuable experience and visibility.What Required Skills You'll Bring:
A bachelor's degree in engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience) with 4+ years of relevant work experience.Proficiency in P6, Critical Path Methodology (CPM).Familiarity with Earned Value Management System, specifically with CPI, SPI, and S-Curves metrics.Knowledge of Cost Management principles.Strong communication skills to interact effectively with stakeholders.Expertise in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and reporting.Understanding of the power industry, particularly high-voltage Transmission and Distribution (T&D).Minimum Clearance Required to Start:
