There are great neighborhoods around Phoenix, with easy access to a major city, nature, the arts and many more amenities.  **Description** The primary role for this position is to coordinate with other PTFI divisions and contractors to administer project control processes and reporting, and to develop and maintain cost estimates within a cost modelling software for the PTFI Underground Operations and Expansion Projects. + Conduct the quarterly forecast, cost reconciliation, and monthly/ quarterly/annual reporting. + Administer and coordinate change management processes + Coordinate with project stakeholders, finance and project leads; across multiple geographic locations to ensure that project policies and procedures are adhered to + Coordinate and update all cost related resources within the cost model. This includes QA/QC (Quality Assurance/Quality Control) of the data provided by others. + Review cost, resource and Key Performance Indicator (KPI) trends and variances. + Travel to Indonesia to work closely with project leads, 1 – 3 times per year (two (2) weeks on site), to ensure that the standards are being followed and to train new personnel, as needed + Attend virtual project meetings held from the PTFI job site (during evening hours AZT) + Other duties as assigned **Qualifications** Minimum Requirements: + Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field and eight (8) years of cost estimation experience or equivalent work experience or + High School diploma or equivalent and 12 years of cost estimation or equivalent work experience + Must be an expert user of cost modeling software + Must be an advanced Excel user Preferred Qualifications: + Fifteen (15) years of construction and or mining experience + Significant experience with cost modeling software i.e., Xeras, Hard Dollar, Ares Prism, or any other + General experience with scheduling software i.e., Primavera or MS Project Criteria/Conditions: + Personal protective equipment is required when performing work in a mine, outdoor, manufacturing or plant environment, including hart hat, hearing protection, safety glasses, safety footwear, and as needed, respirator, rubber steel-toe boots, protective clothing, gloves and any other protective equipment as required. + Freeport-McMoRan promotes a drug/alcohol-free work environment through the use of mandatory pre-employment drug testing and on-going random drug testing as allowed by applicable state laws **What We Offer You** The estimated annual pay range for this role is currently **$93,000-$130,000.** This range reflects base salary only and does not include bonus payments, benefits or retirement contributions. Actual base pay is determined by experience, qualifications, skills and other job-related factors. This role is eligible for additional discretionary and incentive payment considerations based on company and individual performance.
