We are seeking a Senior Project Controls Supervisor to Lead a team of Project Controls Specialist in the Pacific. This role can be based out of any of our offices in Perth, Brisbane, Melbourne or Sydney, Australia.  

The Project Controls Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring compliance to the systems, tools, and processes for the AUS & NZ Projects and Services business [Pacific].

Key Responsibilities:

Partner with the PMO [Project Managers, Project Management Leaders, Operational Leaders, General Managers, Finance Leaders and Pole General Manager]Deploy standard systems and processes for the project reviews and bring in consistency to ensure common project control processes are followed for all projectsLeverage existing tools and systems to optimize the project control processesLead change management efforts as and when required

Key Skills and Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree (BEng, BSc, PM, Quantity Surveying degree) or equivalent operations/management experience essentialMaster's degree in Business, Science, Engineering Finance or Accounting advantageousProject Management Certification preferredThorough knowledge of Projects field operations and financial processes and reporting tools (including ERP systems)Solid experience with Project Controls, including but not limited to cost management, time management and risk managementFamiliarity and working knowledge with Honeywell systems, including but not limited to SAP & CORA PPM – advantageousWorking knowledge of Primavera P6 or Microsoft Projects advantageous.
