Position Summary: Florida Atlantic University is seeking a Senior Project Coordinator, Executive Programs - Boca Raton, FL. The Senior Project Coordinator position entails a broad range of administrative, project coordination, & communication tasks. Summary of Responsibilities: + Develop, organize, and provide training manuals and processes for team members with the department CRM System. + Develop implementation strategy and schedule for new CRM System rollout and maintenance. + Create an intranet/resource hub for Executive Education. + Assist with course design and ensure quality control is achieved. + Develop milestone timelines to meet annual deadlines in data collection for ranking recognition. + Create training aids for the Executive Education department. + Responsible for creating Surveys as needed to collect data + Develop and manage departmental project schedules, ensuring all tasks are completed on time. + Monitors project progress and addresses any issues that arise. Assists with the identification of completion shortfalls. + Acts as the point of contact and communicates the project status to relevant stakeholders. Communicate timeline changes and new information to the project team. + Creates and maintains comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports. Ensures all needed documentation is current and properly filed and stored. + Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that could derail the project or present areas of concern for the department. + Facilitate project meetings to keep all departments and constituents informed of progress and provide timely updates as needed. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the project’s success. + Supports special requests, emerging projects, and one-time events related to the Executive Education Department. + Analyzes and updates policies and resources on the website, creating efficiencies concerning procedures and clarity in descriptions of processes and resources for ease of understanding. + Other duties as assigned by the Assistant Dean, Assistant Director or Director. Minimum Qualifications: Master’s degree from an accredited institution in an appropriate area of specialization; or bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in an appropriate area of specialization and two years of appropriate experience required.
