In this role, you will be a member our rapidly growing Program & Project Management team. The PM team's standard is to 'manage each project like we own it'. We are unique in that we provide in-house cost management and project scheduling along with program and project management, in a fully integrated package. With client needs and ethics put above all else, coupled with our inherent competitive advantages, it’s no wonder why we've achieved such immense success.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Under minimal supervision of Project Manager, assist with set up and oversee document control. Review deliverables prepared by team before submitting to client. Provide update/status reporting for work in progress including costs and schedules. Review of payment applications and lien releases. Maintain organization of contract schedules, owner invoices, and change order process. Managing close out documents and warranty requests. Schedule and facilitate meetings with stakeholders throughout various stages of the project.Knowledge & Skills Required:
