The primary responsibility of a Senior Project Coordinator is to keep the project and all related processes running smoothly. Project teams often require coordination of activities, resources, equipment, and information. Document the needs and decisions that the project team has or makes and ensure that they are followed through.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING Coordinating internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projectsEnsuring that the projects are delivered on-time and within scopeTracking and analyzing projects’ performance, expenditures, procurement and report about any possible or current blockers, risks, overflows, deficitsAssisting in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibilityCollecting management requirements and transform it into the project’s pipelineWorking with resource management on resource planning, availability and allocation according to projects timeline.Based on provided scope and requirements translating them into tasks, schedule and assign tasksWorking with team on project work to keep project going according to scheduleCommunicating to the management changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costsTracking and analyzing project performance, cost performance, schedule and report to the management on the changes project scope, project schedule, and project costs, being able to suggest the improvements to all the above.Reporting and escalating to management as neededCreating and maintaining comprehensive project documentationClose project and documentation, pass project deliverables to operations. WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU Bachelor’s degree or 5 years experience in project managementPMP certifiedHave some working knowledge in the building or construction trades preferredBe a self-starter with strong independent work ethicStrong analytical and problem solving skillsAbility to work well with large and diverse teamsAbility to work under pressureTranslate requirements into tasksExperience with task scheduling and resource assignmentExperience with project management practices and tools to create, manage, and track project performance, cost, verify scope.Excellent client-facing and internal communication skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skills THE PLACE & THE PERKS
